Day 01: Arrive Paro – Transfer to Thimphu
Visit Tachog Lhakhang en route to Thimphu. Explore the National Memorial Chorten, Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Point), and Tashichhodzong in Thimphu. Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 02: Thimphu Sightseeing
Explore key landmarks in Thimphu, including the National Memorial Chorten, Kuensel Phodrang, and Tashichhodzong. Enjoy the serene beauty of Bhutan's capital city.
Day 03: Thimphu to Punakha
Travel to Punakha via Dochula Pass, with its 108 stupas. Visit Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility). Overnight in Punakha.
Day 04: Punakha to Paro
Visit Sangchen Dorji Lhuendrup Nunnery before returning to Paro. Take a leisurely stroll through Paro town in the evening.
Day 05: Attend Paro Tshechu
Immerse yourself in the vibrant festival atmosphere with mask dances, folk performances, and religious ceremonies. Witness the unfurling of the sacred Thongdrel.
Day 06: Hike to Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest)
Trek to the iconic Taktsang Monastery perched on a cliff. Optional meditation session at the monastery. Return to Paro for a relaxing evening.
Day 07: Departure
Transfer to Paro International Airport and bid farewell to Bhutan.
